Position Description
Coordinates information between the project coordinator, property management and the building owner. Collects all required information required by the building owner from the project coordinator, architects, engineers and contractors. Provides required information to the project coordinator prior to construction work.
Position Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent Minimum three (3) years of experience coordinating property maintenance and improvement projects or vendor-supported work orders. Minimum two (2) years of experience sourcing and purchasing products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently.PREFERRED:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
