What You’ll Bring:

Experience: Background in mobile asphalt plant operations or similar industries such as concrete, quarrying, or recycling. Responsibilities: Involvement in the construction and mobilisation of mobile asphalt plants. Licenses: Current Driver’s License and General Construction Induction (White Card). Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills. Travel Flexibility: Project-based role with up to 75% of the year spent working away; national, interstate, and island travel as required. Additional Experience (Advantageous): Front End Loader, EWP, Forklift, and mechanical knowledge. Safety Commitment: Strong adherence to Zero Harm policies.
