Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $24-28/hourLocation: Denver City, TXWork Schedule: 5/2 during training | 4/4 rotation 12/hr. shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)Assignment Duration: 6 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and HolidaysLocals preferred Responsibilities Perform basic to intermediate level pumping skills which include, but are not limited to, tank gauging, the proper operation of heater/treaters and 3 phase separators, and all attendant valve and oil seals and seal recordsReading and recording all needed meter readingsVisually inspecting Surface equipment daily for defects, leaks, neatness, and damageObserving, recording and inputting oil and gas production volumes daily Operating properties to ensure all regulatory, environmental and safety compliance issues and goals are metSeeking ways to reduce direct lease operating expenses by noting problems and/or recommending courses of actions to supervisorCheck production units daily and responsible for creating and maintaining daily production reportsPerform various other field related activities as requiredCommunicate between regular and relief pumpers on rotations in written formLeading by example in areas such as EHS, maintenance and record keeping Qualifications No experience required, just a willingness to learn and eagerness to do a good job, and a positive attitude Valid driver's license and clean recordBasic computer skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionSafety Sensitive position subject to random drug and alcohol screeningHigh school diploma or equivalent required
