This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

To perform all tasks related to the removal of finished product from production conveyor line, storage of finished product, and the loading of finished product into truck trailers and rail boxcars. Compliance to all company Environmental Health Safety(EHS) and Food Safety Quality Regulatory(FSQR) policies.

Responsible for the operation and inspections of forklift and loading dock related equipment.Responsible to perform and document completion of assigned Master Sanitation Schedule(MSS) tasks.Comply to company’s Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.Know and understand finished product names and characteristics.Clean, organize, and maintain work areas.Constructively communicate with coworkers, customers, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers. Perform tasks in a safe manner that will prevent injury to self and others.Performs other related duties assigned by supervision, management, and lead Persons.Performs work in a cooperative, courteous, and efficient mannerComplete daily reconciliation of process orders.Must understand and abide by Hutchinson Union Contract and Employee Production Handbook.
