Job Description Insight Global is looking for Plant Operators. In this role, you will start your shift by overlapping with the previous shift team, checking emails, and understanding the status of operations. Youll attend a 2:00 PM handoff meeting to review completed tasks, current progress, and upcoming actions. Your main duties will include completing assigned tasks, maintaining plant operations, and monitoring for any irregularities. If issues arise with valves or instrumentation, youll work closely with technicians to resolve them. Finally, youll prepare for the handover to the next shift, ensuring a smooth transition. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience with mechanical systems, pumps, fluids, gases, and pressure systems. Ability to obtain top secret clearance. STEM degree, preferably in engineering. Knowledge of helium, nitrogen, hydraulics, and refrigeration systems. Team player and self-motivated. Experience with fluid flow/pressure drop principles, rotating machinery, and thermodynamics principles. Experience with pressure systems and cryogenic gases and fluids.
