Position Summary: Operation, maintenance, minor repairs and preventive maintenance or production of steam and hot water systems, cooling systems and daily inspection of equipment operations. Qualifications: A. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. B. Training and Experience: Vocational school training or on-the-job training experience. A mechanically oriented background. C. Job Knowledge: Have a basic knowledge of related operations (i.e., heating and cooling systems). D. Hazmat certification training is required within 90 days upon hire.
