The Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Operator Leading Hand to join our Civil team in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing support and supervision over civil works. Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery. Working closely with Site Supervisors to ensure the project meets client expectations and SRG Global standards

The Successful applicant will ideally have:

Experience operating plant machinery Experience with detailed excavation, backfill, temporary works, sheet piled excavations and dewatering Supervisory or Leading Hand experience Hold a current driver’s licence – HR (desirable) Previous Experience with Pipe laying, Service relocation & Earthworks Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
