8、Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups…)EE的执行(如,月会、合理化建议)
9、Monitor logistics process 物流各环节的控制
10、Supervise day to day activities 日常工作的管理
11、Prepare and propose the PIC (Sales and Operations Plan) to the plant Management Committee 准备与计划销售和运行计划,以保证管理层会议的正常招开
12、Assure the responsibility of the PDP (Master Scheduling Plan) with UAP managers 与生产经理一起确保PDP的执行
13、Improve suppliers and logistics partners performance and relationships提高供应商及合作伙伴的绩效与合作关系
14、Monitor logistics performance 物流绩效的控制
15、Build and meet the budget 确定并达成预算
16、Ensure the reporting of plant logistics performance (particularly FES indicators) and plant logistics action plan物流绩效及物流工作计划的报告(尤其是FES指标)
17、Implement logistics improvement actions, in coordination with the other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency …)与厂内其他的职能部门(如,质量、高效生产体系)共同执行物流改进计划
18、Organise improvement projects 制定改进方案
19、Assess and report performance of these projects 对改进方案的评估及成绩的汇告
20、Issuing logistics procedure and working instruction 物流程序文件及作业指导书的制定
21、Optimize logistic flow优化物流流程
22、直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Other temporary task arranged by line manager
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree or above 大学本科以上学历
Experience:
• Have certain financial knowledge and logistics management experience in the automotive supporting industry, at least 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry 具备一定的财务知识和汽车配套行业物流管理经验, 至少5年以上汽车行业相关经历相关经验;
• At least 2 years of team management experience 至少2年以上的团队管理经验
Skills and competencies
• Deep understanding of MRP and comprehensive experience of SAP systems 对MRP的深刻理解和SAP系统全面的经验
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing 流利的英文听说读写
• Good computer operation skills, familiar with office software 良好的计算机操作能力, 熟悉办公软件
