Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Do you have a knack for logistics and a passion for efficiency? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor position at Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology.
As the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring production, quality, costs, and established deadlines indicatorsUse of KAN BAN toolVerify the state of order and cleanliness of the area based on the 5s methodologyEnforce work procedures, ensuring their timely updateLead online QRCI groupsRespect and apply procedures of the FES system according to your responsibilityUse of the SAP system that applies to your area and function.Comply with and ensure the terms and conditions of the code of ethics and administration that always regulates conduct within the Faurecia groupParticipate and follow up on HOSHIN activitiesPropose personnel training actionsIntegrate new members of the GAPEvaluate job masteryPerform and review time recordingBalance of operationsParticipate in HSE Audits, PPM's, FES, ISO TS, ATF, ISO 1400, BIQS, ASES as applicable.Execute FACE to FACE audits with your leading GAP staff.Actively promote accident and injury prevention, as well as ideas for improvementPromote the prevention of environmental pollution through the identification and segregation ofwaste generated according to the job.Train in knowledge of the plant's emergency plan and promote the culture and respect of theprevention systems (avoid blocking alarms, fire extinguishers, hydrants and first aid kits) according to the job.Train, promote the culture and respect for the 7 fundamentals at all levels, depending on the job position.Comply with the procedures and formats of the company's quality management system with rigor and discipline.Review the level of Authority and clarify its scope.ISO IATF 16949:2016, BIQS, ASES and specific client requirements for new projects Your profile and competencies to succeed

Key requirements:
