Plant PC&L Supervisor

Overall responsibilities and duties:

The role of warehouse supervisor is to manage the resources to ensure the correct function and control of the supply of raw materials and their internal flow to the UAP's, as well as the delivery of FG and raw materials and their internal flow to the UAP's as well as the delivery of FG to the customer.

The main missions of the role are:

Ensure the day-to-day activities related to reception, allocation of parts to storage location, deliveries to production line, withdraw of finished goods from production line, bookings, TPA preparation, shipment and alert management with adequate staffing affectation to ensure the PC&L Standards respect.

Ensure full inventory accuracy through proper analysis in case of deviance and lead the cycle counting operations in all warehouse locations from plant scope, in relationship with all PC&L functions.

Ensure the proper management of alert system and escalation process in the shop floor and in collaboration with other relevant PC&L and plant operations peers.

Plant contact point with MPTS platform (if no Local Material Planner)

Manage the returnable packaging flows inside the plant (and in collaboration with MPTS platform and/or local material planners).

Team management

Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site’s management systems.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in industrial or supply chain management
Experience:
2 years warehouse management
2 years teams management
Skills and competencies

Warehouse control in receiving and shipping areas.

Material flow.

Lean Manufacturing.

Personnel management, able to meet deadlines.

Negotiation, supervisory and management.

Good knowledge about Faurecia Excellence System.

PC&L Fundamentals, 7 delivery basics and 7 inventory basics.

Leadership and autonomy.

Active team member with great communication skills.

Multidisciplinary team environment.

International mindset.

Good communication.

Basic knowledge of Mexican health, safety, energy, and environmental standards.
