Job DescriptionThe Plant President provides leadership in the development and execution of plans and strategies for continually improving people, process, technology and culture. The Plant President is responsible for monitoring employee development, equipment performance and utilization, safety practices and other key business indicators; and, working with the site leadership team and business Executives to build and execute on action plans to improve and achieve strategic plans, budgets and other corporate goals.

The national pay range for this role is $129,900 to $265,100 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
