Your mission, roles and responsibilities职位目标：
1.通过完善的先期质量策划，保障新项目开发过程的客户满意度;
2.根据公司质量体系要求，通过对现场的审核及客户反馈，及时发现、消除可能存在的质量隐患，并采取有效措施加以纠正、改进和提高所负责产品的质量，满足客户需求，及时处理客户抱怨，提高客户对产品的质量满意度
工 作 职 责：
*保障新项目开发过程的客户满意度，包括应对客户审核、零件交样、客户提出的特殊要求达成等事项。
*完成质量评估，保证项目阶段交样零件的质量符合要求。同时，监督和反馈core team样件开发过程的问题点，并跟踪改善。
*按时间计划完成各主机厂PPAP文件的提交，包括书面硬拷贝和电子版上传客户或第三方系统。
*确保MPT、EMPT、SOP项目主要节点按开发计划进行，阶段审核通过前关闭客户审核发现的所有问题点，保证项目的顺利交接。
*负责组织策划、准备客户现场审核及相关问题的跟踪解决，确保客户审核顺利通过，相关问题有效关闭
*跟踪顾客绩效，确保满足内外部客户期望和要求，解决客户现场质量问题，达到快速响应
*执行常规8QB审核（涵盖所有班次）以确保操作工符合标准化作业，确保所有工作指导书符合控制计划，对不符合项进行监督整改，确保审核问题有效关闭
*对现场报废情况进行分析，组织Team对报废相关问题进行分析，制定措施并持续跟踪，以降低生产报废。
*负责叫停可疑产品、生产并立即组织相关人员解决现场质量问题，研究生产过程中的质量异常并组织分析不良质量原因，提出处理方案、改进措施及有效性验证
*收集及汇总质量数据，按所确定的周期汇报并制定改进方案。协助建立并实施过程统计和分析（SPC MSA等），持续改进产品质量
任 职 资 格 及 条 件：
*学历：本科
*专业：生产管理、机械制造、材料、电气自动化等相关专业
*经验：2年及以上制造行业质量或工艺相关工作经验
*职能及专业能力：熟悉项目管理流程PMS、熟悉顾客项目OTS/PPAP提交流程、熟悉质量分析工具（质量5大工具、QC 7大手法）、CET-6级或CET-4 530分以上，且英语读写能力强，口语可以简单交流、良好的沟通能力
*语言：英语要求
领导力胜任能力：培育创新、管理复杂情况、以客户为中心、追求结果、协作
