**Plant Protection Officer \- 2nd Shift** **Description** The PPO is the first line of defense for Bell facilities\. This person is an armed security officer who assists in controlling access to all Bell Fort Worth/Arlington/Grand Prairie facilities\. **Qualifications** Education: High School education or equivalent Experience: 1 year of experience in Security and/or Industrial Security or related field Skills/Certifications: * Must obtain and maintain a Secret U\. S\. Government Security Clearance notwithstanding Collective Bargaining Agreement Article XX, Section 92\(B\) and \(C\) * Must obtain and maintain a Texas Private Security Bureau Commissioned Security Officer Level 3 Certification within one hundred and twenty \(120\) day probationary period * Maintain a valid Texas State Class C Driver's License Preferred/Not Required * Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field * Excellent customer service * Background in Industrial Security or related field * CPR/First Aid/AED certifications Compliance Requirements & Risks: Bell Security Officers fall under the following Regulations/Codes: State of Texas Legislative Codes 1\.
