What about you?

As Plant Quality Engineer you are part of an enthusiastic, trusted, and dynamic team of professionals working in close contact with operations, materials test field, special test field, quality control and project teams. You collaborate with real internal and external multinational teams located mainly in Europe.

You have a good exposure and visibility, from the expert operators to the management lines of your stakeholders.

We are looking for a person to:

Be accountable for test procedures, technical support and training for all Plant Quality teams regarding electrical, optical and X-Ray testing

Partner with process owners to generate performance metrics and improvements

Lead and provide support during Root Cause Analysis and follow-ups

Manage customer inspections and audits during their visits in the plant and ensure implementation of the agreed mitigations

Your skills and competences

Degree in electrical engineering

Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

Very good skills in MS-Office/SharePoint

Curious, Proactive, Trustworthy
