Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for guarantee that plant actions meet the requirements of the FES, requirements of the customer and the Quality guidelines of the Division, Business Unit and Group. Avoid Quality problems with Clients and Suppliers and if they have them, handle them appropriate, she or he Will be the representative of Product Safety with the client.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Be the Faurecia representative with the client for quality issues, guarantee a good relationship and ensure that the required documentation and reports, as well as requested samples are sent in a professional and timely manner.Promotes and enforces what is established in the SG, Defines the quality objectives of the Plant and Monitor your progress.Establish and maintain the Plant Quality System according to the Excellence System of Faurecia and specific customer requirements (VW, Audi, Nissan, GM, FCA).Manage the necessary staff for the quality area, their required training and ensure their participation and application.Ensure that the Plant complies with safety and regulatory standards.Report quality results to all parties involved and maintain documentation and the corresponding records.Collaborate with the Purchasing organization on all initiatives and activities related to the Supplier Quality Assurance.Discontinue manufacturing or shipping products when Quality cannot be guaranteed.Ensure that client requirements are correctly addressed. Including the selection of special features, quality goal setting and related training, corrective and preventive actions (Formel Q, VDA 6.3, ASSES, etc.)Ensure that the necessary processes for the system are established, implemented and maintained of quality management.Ensure that awareness of customer requirements is promoted at all levelsComply with and enforce Faurecia's code of ethics and management code.Your profile and competencies to succeed Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Related / Master's Degree (desirable)Fluent English5 years or more in a similar position or in the Quality area.Manufacture process.
