The Quality Manager will guarantee customer requirements and quality standards in the process, avoiding Quality problems with Clients and Suppliers and, if they occur, provide appropriate management and be the representant of Product Safety with the client.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities1. Inform the Plant Management of the customer's needs in terms of quality for prompt attention
2. Verify the efficiency of the Quality System by coordinating internal audits
3. Make sure that the objectives are known by all the staff
4. Ensure that the Quality Policy is known by all staff
5. Follow-up on commitments made to the client
6. Represent the needs of the CLIENT internally
7. Monitoring compliance with quality objectives
8. Use of the FCS/SAP system that applies to your area and function.
9. Comply with and ensure the terms and conditions of the Code of Ethics and Administration that regulates conduct
at all times within the FAURECIA group
