Plant Scheduler

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Employ safe work habits and complies with all applicable Diversey safety requirementsReview forecasted demand for packaged skus - convert Planned orders to Process orders or Firm Planned ordersMonitor shipment queue for bulk orders and schedule production accordinglyCoordinate Outbound Bulk shipments with 3rd party Carrier and coordinate production with Mix department to optimize tank usageWork with Customer service for expedites, move our or qty changes for outbound and packaged skus.Publish a weekly schedule for all Solenis batches in coordination with Diversey scheduled productionReviews & update SAP parameters (MOQ, rounding value,) to be best optimize exception messagesWork Closely with QA on BOM Updates/Rereading open orders.Monitor Inventory to coordinate usage with Scheduled productionSupport Diversey Scheduler as BackupCompletes all Safety and Plant Training as RequiredOther duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

College or Post-secondary education with a focus on production planning may be preferred3+ years in a manufacturing environmentIntermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookup, generating reports)Must have a strong understanding of production processesAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.Ability to create and understand reports in order to make production decisions.ERP System Experience – SAP REQUIRED
