The Plant Specialist will provide support for managers and employees through a variety of tasks including developing and preparing presentations, drafting correspondence for various managers, and planning and organizing large-scale meetings and plant functions.

Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office-related events.Must have familiarity with invoicing and approval systems, basic accounting, and project management and large scale event planning.Orgonize and coordinate volunteers for community involvment programs. Associate degree in related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  This position requires diplomacy, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize.Occasional lifting, bending and stooping.
