The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient daily operation of the plant, reliable delivery of energy, and upkeep of the whole site. S/he will also lead the engineers in assuring the good condition of the asset by executing timely work on plant equipment in a safe and environmentally sound manner, within quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

Supervises daily operation or task functions including customer liaison, preparation of the operation and maintenance planning and execution of plan. Responsible for attaining the site related targets with respect to the generation, up time, safety and technical development of the site. General PV plant operation, maintenance, inspection, supervision and coordination. Control, monitor and report PV plant operation, preventive and corrective maintenance against schedule and plan. Supervises operation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work and quality objectives of PV plants. Coordinates all technical reviews both with stakeholders and internally within the PV plant. Ensures Communications Management in the organization. Regularly provides clear reports to Plant Manager and Management Effectively communicates with the design team, related organizations, vendor and third parties.
