Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:

Your mission, roles and responsibilities
o    The main missions related to the function are as follows:
• Manage and develop the tooling teams
• Manage the Tooling store and maintain the minimum/ safety stock required to run the production smoothly.
•    Ensure and deploy the monitoring of the corrective and preventive maintenance of the tools
• Manage the Equipment Care level 3 & 4 for tooling, jig & fixture
• Analyse recurring malfunctions and in a logic of continuous improvement, implement corrective and definitive actions
• Participate in the integration of new tools and define related maintenance actions
o    Understanding of Exhaust system processes – Bending, Forming, Welding and working experience on manufacturing plant is required
• Respect and guarantee the implementation of Faurecia's Code of Ethics (Respect for fundamental rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Skills development, Compliance with the rules of the Code of Conduct and Ethics in the company)
• Respect and guarantee the implementation of Faurecia's Management Code (Planning and execution of activities, Management of performance and employee development, Compliance with the Code of Ethics)

Continuous improvement process:
o    Participate on the Improvement Ideas process according to defined rules and targets.
o    Coordinate and / or participate on QRCI (8D Problem Solving) in all levels.
o    People Management – Should have leadership skills to handle team of 8-10 peoples.
o    Train, coach, and develop Maintenance Team.
o    Support and train other networks/functions.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level
Diploma/ BE/ B tech preferably in Mechanical or Tooling Skills and Competencies.
Experience:
Minimum 6 – 8 years’ experience in robotic welding processes – Fanuc, Yasakawa
Skills and competencies
o    International mind set.
o    Leadership skills
o    Operational level of English
o    Knowledge in GD&T – Datum structure, fixture design
o    Knowledge in designing software CATIA V5 (small fixture design will be added advantage)
o    Ability to interface with other functions - Networking capabilities.
o    SAP
