Plant & Warehouse Coordinator Pre Commercial (1-year Fixed Term Contract) 

     

PURPOSE

 

•    Responsible to Plant activities to achieve Intake, Drying, Processing, Packing and Dispatch as per Pre-Commercial Standard and PT Bayer Requirement 
•    Responsible to manage all pre-commercial inventory
•    Coordinating with FDN Admin for Pre-Commercial QMS documentation control at My Doc
 

 

KEY TASKS

 

Parent Seed Post Harvest Processing at Plant

Coordinate with the field team regarding harvest scheduleEnsure the harvest from the field is received and processed according to procedures when it arrives at the plantCoordinate with Toller team and Field team for bin allocationResponsible to ensure the process of sorting, drying, shelling, and cleaning meet the quality standardsResponsible to ensure the process of seed coating and packing meet the quality standards

 

Foundation Inventory

Fully responsible to maintain and update parent seed inventory Coordinating & monitoring PS delivery and return with Field Team, CSP Team, and SPR TeamConduct seed sampling for new DCS and delivery to the QT for SNP and Physiology TestConduct regularly sampling for current Inventory at CS for Physiology testCoordinating & monitoring PS Stock in Cold Storage with WH SCM teamCoordinating with FDN Admin for Parent Seed ClearanceCoordinating with FDN Admin for Inventory SAP Updates

 

Budget Maintenance

Timely submission of expenses report.Coordinating with FDN Admin for accurate and punctual payments to Post Harvest Processing Toller.

 

People Development Training

Training Toller Teams for Quality Standard and Pre-Commercial procedureDemonstrate healthy peer management skills with related functions like CSP, QA, Plant, SPR & Finance

 

Report Generation

Generate Plant and inventory weekly report, emergency report timely

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

 

Graduate / Post Graduation in Agriculture ScienceMinimum 3 Year experience in the Plant Operations, especially for Seed IndustryFluency in local language & English, Integrity, and interpersonal skills, risk management
