A. Achieve the required 100% monthly category in sales and collection forecast.Expand market share of company’s products in his given Plantation Business territory through the rendering of professional customer service and ethical business practices.

Plan daily customer visits and activities that would lead to meeting monthly sales and collection targets Establish and maintain rapport and good working relationship with all accounts in assigned area of responsibility Maintain existing and develop new customers by rendering consistent and professional customer service aimed at optimizing business growth and customer satisfaction; Maintain good working relationship with all customers in the assigned area of responsibility Monitor market and competitors’ activities and provide relevant reports and information to Management Plan and manage business portfolio/territory according to an agreed marketing strategy and business plan Coordinate with the Market Development and Regulatory group with regards to product development requirements of plantation accounts Follow company policies, rules and regulations with regards to cash management, credit terms and discounts, safety, work culture and use of company issued vehicles and equipments
