Planter- Design/Sales  Seasonal- Lyndale Location  Duties: + Produce high quality planters which satisfy customer expectations and align with pricing guidelines.  + Fill customer orders for indoor plants and other perishable items. + Maintain organization in the department and ensure only quality product is on display and maintain inventory of spoilage.  + Clean work area, complete necessary paperwork for transfers, document markdowns, identify and document items needing to be ordered. + Coordinate with manager on staffing to provide a balance of customer sales coverage and production to fulfill customer orders and retail products. Qualifications: + Experience in design, certificate in Floral Design and/or two years of design experience, preferred  + Basic plant knowledge in relation to watering and care of green and blooming plants. + Exceptional customer service skills.  + Ability to accurately maintain daily production records and document product transfers and spoilage. + Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively, with other team members.
