Performs the tasks assigned under the supervision of the Shift Leader, providing for the correct compilation of the worksheets.
Main Responsibilities:
Transfer the plasma with appropriate devices (Pallet Jack) inside the plasma control room.Unpack the plasma from carton box to other dedicated containers and perform the visual and physical plasma control using GETRAP software.Perform Verification Post Control Activity on plasma units found unsuitable at the first control.Create new pallets using computerized (GeTraP system) to assemble multiple boxes.Perform all the needed activities to exit the plasma from the warehouse.Report any anomalies found in production activities to the direct manager.Clean the working station and production area with appropriate tools and cleaning agents.Complies with the gowning procedure requested in the production area.Collaborate to improve working conditions and the impact on the environment by reporting critical issues or by suggesting improvement activities and interventions.Inform the Supervisor or Manager in case of concerns / risks related to health or safety conditions.Keeps instruments and PPE in good condition and reports any damage or malfunction.Comply with safety and environmental standards. Performs the work according to the standard operation procedures (SOP) using the gowning and PPE provided.Ensure that the necessary training including environmental, health and safety standards has been received.Respect the planning of preventive and corrective actions and the relative deadlines assigned.Respect GMPs and perform all operations according to the SOP. Inform the Supervisor or Manager in case of concern about compliance with the approved GMPs or SOPs. Report quality incidents and collaborate in their analysis.Stops work in the presence of unknown or unexpected risks related to quality.Complete the documentation and records as soon as an activity is completed, so that the process can continue.Before starting any process, make sure that the work area, machinery, and tools are clean. Eliminate raw material residues, products, or documents that are not necessary for the operation in progress.Periodically reports on the activities conducted to the direct manager.Complies with corporate standards and the Code of Conduct Corporate Ethics.Operates in compliance with applicable laws, voluntary rules and other corporate provisions and procedures applicable to its operating area.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High School Diploma or equivalentMust be flexible, able to work extended hours (overtime), and alongside multiple departments.Ability to stand/walk more than 75% of scheduled work time. Ability to handle chemicals with proper PPE (Respirator) for buffer solutions for cleaning.Ability to work extended hours up to 12 hours if required. Ability to gown into jumpsuits more than four times/day. Ability to work in +2C+8C(35F-46F) rooms for majority of your day Ability to Multitask Assignments Ability to bend, stoop or kneel.Ability to operate computers, keyboard, scanner, label printer and calculator.
