**Responsibilities:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in plastering or decorative finishes
+ Strong understanding of hand and trade tools
+ Ability to mix and apply scratch, brown, and custom finish coats
+ Familiarity with interior and exterior plaster systems
+ Skilled in hand trowel and machine application techniques
+ Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
+ Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
+ Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
+ Mixing and applying multi-layer plaster systems (scratch, brown, and custom finish coats)
+ Performing stucco on residential sites
+ Assisting with job site setup , including scaffolding
+ Maintaining a clean and safe job site
+ Occasionally picking up materials or transporting equipment
**Qualifications:**
+ E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
+ Minimum 2 years of experience on commercial, residential or industrial construction sites
+ Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
+ In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area
+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
