ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB:

 

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising person to join us at our Lauriano Plant, nearby Turin, dedicated to the development and production of plastic sun lenses.
As Industrialization Project Manager/Engineer, you will be part of the Industrialization team of our Sun Lenses Business Unit.
Mission of the role will be to coordinate, develop and validate processes for new products or for new declinations of existing products in the area od plastic injection molding. The three main important responsibilities will be: developing of new geometries in accordance with the product brands request and the technological feasibility, coordinating the development and validation of all the new products in time for the collection launch and continuous improvement of the product validation flow with all the interested stakeholders.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

 

 

You will be responsible for new products and processes delivery to manufacturing on time for production, in the respect of the product requirements and of the plant KPI You will coordinate suppliers, budget and activities with the team and with the other involved functions, with the aim to release in production new processes and/or new products in time for collection launch Following inputs from T4 and prototyping team and from R&D team, you will be able to coordinate activities in time and ensure to build solid and stable process flow to obtain products in compliance with our internal qualitative standards You will take care of the chance to apply improvements and best practice all over the same business plants, to drive and maintain global standardization You will oversee processes, problem solving and improvement projects to support Manufacturing Engineering team and manufacturing departments

 

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

 

•    Educational Background in Materials Engineering (preferred) or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
•    At least 4 years of experience in industrial reality, preferably in Process Engineering team
•    Experience in design program (2D and 3D)
•    Strong problem solving skills
•    You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
•    You have strong facilitation and communication skills, you are able to present information to all levels of the organization
•    You are fluent in Italian and English
•    You are available to move abroad if there's the chance!
