JOB SUMMARY
The Platform Administrator Associate works under direct supervision and monitors the daily operations along with participating in the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the multiple technologies that comprise the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) platform environments. This individual will maintain environment uptime following platform best practices. The Platform Administrator Associate may install or upgrade computer software, automate routine tasks, write computer programs, conduct troubleshooting, and provide technical support. This individual may work closely with the development, interface, infrastructure, solutions, and security teams.
Candidate must reside within the state of WI.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required Education/Experience:
Associate degree in IT related field or
Technical diploma in Computer Science, or related technical field, and two years relevant work experience or
High school diploma and eight years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated experience administering platform solutions
Preferred/Optional: Demonstrated experience administering platform solutions. Knowledge and experience with system administration, desktop administration, hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
