Platform and Applications Owner (Talent Acquisition)

The Talent Acquisition team is transforming our candidate and colleague experience. We’re looking for a Platform and Applications Owner to optimize and scale core applications that make up the Talent Acquisition ecosystem, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling, event and notification systems, candidate relationship management and skills assessments. You are also skilled in process improvement, and adept at applying the right technology to re-invent processes without over engineering. You leverage your advanced capabilities knowledge of product development, to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address user needs. You are a collaborative, horizontal thinker adept at influencing and negotiating to ensure the right priorities are delivered on time to drive the right business and customer outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Supports the technology roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and outcomes.Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, training, and future development, by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving OKRs.Ruthless prioritization and continuous backlog grooming in a highly dynamic environment.Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, builds external networks, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation.Collaborates closely with product management, engineering, design, data and analytics and other teams to align on platform initiatives and drive coordinated efforts toward shared goals, advocating for user-centric solutions. Support technology rationalization, modernization, and risk reviews to ensure compliance with legislation changes (e.g., pay transparency) and internal processes. Establishes effective communication channels to keep partners and stakeholders informed of updates, new features, and best practices to nurture collaboration.Oversees management of technology vendors, including release management, problem resolution, renewals and RFP/RFIs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle and technical designProven ability to influence the adoption of technology. Experience leading change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in writingDemonstrated understanding of Oracle Recruiting CloudAble to effectively transpose technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities:

Experience with cloud platforms.Experience with RChilli, Paradox, HireVue, HackerRank and JIRAExperience navigating model validation of AI and Gen AI-powered solutions. Experience with customer journey optimization and end-to-end experiences.Experience with agile operating models and design thinking.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $99,500 - $130,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
