Job Description

The DevOps Engineer will : -

You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to manager. This is individual contributor (Non-Managerial) role Develop and maintain platform related automation, including Infrastructure as code for Unix / LinuxCI/CD pipelines and supporting automation; automation to support development process improvement and ad-hoc TSSI automation.Own the Ansible product within the UK&I region working closely with the global product owners to ensure the service is stable and regularly refreshedWork with other areas of UK&I TSSI to develop, support and maintain of ServiceNow forms in support of self service and automation.Collaboration with product owners, partners and with other internal teamsImprove quality and efficiency of delivery

Technical Skills - Desirable

Terraform, AnsibleScripting and automation experience – PowerShell, YAML, GITServiceNow DevelopmentExperience with the following Cloud Providers – AWS, Azure, GCPAtlassian Suite – Jira, Confluence as well as BitbucketJenkins / HarnessExperience of Containerization with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes and Amazon EKSProficiency in Robotic Process Automation ( RPA ) tools in designing, developing and deploying automation solutions.

Knowledge/Skills:

Requires 5 to 6 years' hands-on experienceKnowledge of Agile working practices (Scrum, LeSS, Kanban)CI/CD PipelinesProcess mapping and workflow evaluation and enhancementKnowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ticket tracking software, specifically Service Now
