Responsibilities:
Design and secure armored combat and support vehicles, ensuring robust cybersecurity architectures, compliance, and technology integration for ground combat platformsSupport cyber architecture, evaluation, testing, and compliance for C5ISR systems across U.S. ground combat platforms.Ensure a balanced, integrated, and compliant cybersecurity design across vehicle systems, aligning with program and platform engineering leadership.Develop and manage system requirements, interface allocations, and performance specifications including SWaP-CRaM (Space, Weight, Power-Cooling, Reliability, and Maintenance).Lead trade studies and structured decisions for system and subsystem designs, optimizing cybersecurity performance, cost, and reliability.Oversee development and execution of verification plans, including testing, production, and field site validation.Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations for cybersecurity issues during development, production, and testing.Evaluate and integrate new cybersecurity and C5ISR technologies into GDLS platforms.Manage and review checkpoint artifacts, design milestones, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) for technical accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Design Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on threat analysis, interface development, and requirements decomposition.Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field (Relevant cybersecurity technical certifications and management credentials will be considered).Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.Experience Requirements:
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, military vehicle development, or engineering project leadership.Experience leading technical development teams and military projects.Experience developing and managing system-level cybersecurity requirements.Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of cyber warfare (offensive/defensive), embedded systems, and military-related cybersecurity.Experience with interpreting high-level cybersecurity requirements and translating them into technical solutions.Familiarity with electrical Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and hardware troubleshooting.Understanding of cyber-physical system security requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).Ability to travel up to 15% (domestic and some international travel).Must pass Anthropometric Size Requirement (ASR) testing for working in confined spaces inside military vehicles.Your Recruiter Still have questions?
