Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). We are a diverse team of technology practitioners looking to outserve Grabbers with positive, personalised enterprise technology experiences. We are looking for individuals with similar customer-centric and values to join our growing team.

Get to know the Role

This role is important in shaping Salesforce Platform Design & Architecture, guiding a diverse team of external developers and consultants to enhance the Salesforce platform and boost adoption. You have a background in Salesforce, including experience with both standard functionality and custom solutions, in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud modules. You will report to Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery Lead.

Workplace Type: This role will be onsite and based in the Bangalore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Individual contributor with lead a team of internal/external Salesforce developers spread across different regions.Experience driving software architecture and enterprise capabilities, designing complex solutions.(eg. integration, security, custom development).Track record in requirement Analysis, effort estimation, promoting best practices recommendations, Solutions presentation, and collaboration.Support in creating business and technology roadmaps with Business CRM & Operations (BCO), Procurement & GTS leadership.Be a driver of change to improve our ability to serve Grabbers; including identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle, or new relevant releases in Salesforce platform offerings

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Out Of Box features and large-scale SFDC applications, with a focus on application design, data, integration, and security.Expertise in large-scale Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and Lightning frameworks.Proficient in CI/CD platforms, deployment tools (Gitlab, Jenkins, Ant), and Salesforce issue resolution.Familiar with Agile methodologies and Object-Oriented Programming, with the ability to adapt quickly and propose solutions.Experienced in addressing architectural gaps and technical debt, building scalable, resilient systems, and improving business processes through technology and integration.
