We are looking for a Platform Lead, with 3-7 years of experience for an exciting and challenging position!

 

This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon.

 

Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in DevOps and cloud platform engineering, with proven ability to manage cloud-based infrastructure on Azure. Azure Administrator Certification (AZ-104) and strong experience in Azure services, including Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD. Hands-on expertise in Terraform and PowerShell scripting for automation, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management. Deep understanding of integration patterns and cross-system data integration solutions on Azure, with proficiency in the .NET ecosystem. Experience in managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with deployment and scaling strategies in production. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing databases for diverse applications. Extensive experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack for infrastructure and application performance tracking. Proficiency in disaster recovery planning, implementing backup, and recovery processes for cloud-based environments. Proven experience in leading teams, with the ability to provide technical guidance and promote best practices in DevOps. Experience in diagnosing technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions across complex cloud environments. Ability to implement highly scalable, resilient architectures and provide strategic input on cloud infrastructure design. Lead and manage a team of platform engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to drive skill development in cloud infrastructure
