As the Platform Operation Management Specialist, you will help Nike Stores transform into a world class retailer by better equipping our Athletes and Store Leadership to effectively serve consumers.

You'll be the global administrator for multiple platforms, publishing content and working closely with teams across the globe. To succeed, you'll need to be detail-oriented, diligent, and able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

To be successful you will build relationships and align across functions and geographies. You also need to be organized and methodical - equal parts problem solver, communicator and doer tackling multiple projects simultaneously that are on different timelines.  Success will be measured on the ability to publish materials on agreed timelines and to ensure we are getting the most out of our platforms always with an eye to the future on how we can improve.

As a Platform Operations Management Specialist, you'll collaborate with global and geography teams, including Store Operations, Training, and cross-functional partners like Digital Product, Human Resources, and Technology.

We are seeking a Platform Operations Management Specialist to play a crucial role in equipping our Athletes and Store leaders to better serve consumers.

A passionate and results-driven professional with 3+ years of experience in managing digital assets and delivering projects on time.A process-oriented individual with attention to detail, able to juggle multiple projects and timelines.A strong communicator who can build relationships, working with cross-functional teams, and influencing others when needed.

Key Skills:

Proven project delivery and digital asset management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and process orientationProactive and forward-thinking, with an ability to anticipate challengesComfortable with ambiguity and willing to ask questions when neededCollaborative and influential, with a passion for delivering world-class experiencesAbility to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environmentStrong retail acumen and understands retail KPIs is a plus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Platform Operations Management Specialist role partners with Global and Geography teams on a wide variety of store-impacting projects.

Manage and maintain multiple digital platforms, ensuring content is organized and up-to-dateAdditionally, managed more traditional formats (PDF, PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel)You will play a key role in our translation process working with a 3rd party vendor to drive content into multiple languagesReview and approve content for accuracy and distributionAdminister user access to digital platformsPartner with Nike Technology to:Identify and report system issuesRequest innovative system upgrades to support Nike Retail store usersStay adaptable and forward-thinking to drive continuous improvement in evolving platforms and workflows
