Responsibilities
Support Platform Operations across Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post-Trade phases, delivering timely and professional support to clients and partners. Facilitate and manage projects from initiation to completion independently, anticipating resource needs, and communicating project status and risks proactively to stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders across Research, Marketing, Product, Operations, Client Service, and Technology to define requirements, develop solutions like dashboards, reports, and process automation, and support new solution deliveries. Conduct business and data analysis to troubleshoot issues, support data-driven decision-making, and optimize operations through innovative solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation in platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Airtable, and use project tracking tools to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, and provide clear and proactive communication to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop expertise in CAIS platforms and investment products, and contribute to special projects as needed based on skills and interests.Requirements
2+ years of experience in solutions or operations within financial services, with Alternative Fund knowledge a plus. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proactive, self-starting attitude in fast-paced environments. Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to build effective solutions. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships effectively. Commitment to continuous professional growth and team improvement, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a willingness to adopt new tech tools as needed. CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
