About role:

The Platform Success Representative handles net new and current long tail reseller onboarding, enablement and triage. The role’s primary focus will be onboarding net new resellers to Ingram Micro, provide quality guidance and support through the teams shared mailbox to partners, and offer enablement to the existing long tail on a ADHOC basis. The main objective is to drive great platform adoption of new and long tail partners. The Platform Success Representative will primarily support Australia but will also be expected to provide support to Singapore and New Zealand when available.

This role is based in our office in the Innovation Centre of Sunshine Coast University, Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding new resellers to Ingram MicroCalling resellers to understand their business and decide if they fit Ingram MicroProvide enablement and success sessions on the Xvantage platformCapture insights on new partners in CRM to support the GTM selling effortsIdentify vendor opportunities and introduce to the relevant vendor sales teamsProvide warm handover of partner to assigned owner within Ingram MicroManaging platform queries through a shared team mailboxProviding ADHOC enablement over Teams or phoneProvide important communications to the long tail through email and callsEnabling and guiding resellers in using Ingram Micro’s Xvantage platformTriage resellers to the broader Ingram Micro sales teamsProviding the above services across Australia, Singapore, and New ZealandOnboarding of every net new reseller that joins Ingram Micro

Skills and requirements:

Experience in the IT industry, some understanding of the Cloud and IT provider spaceExperience in customer communication across telephone, email and Video Conferencing (Teams)Experience in building customer rapportProficiency in Microsoft 365 SuiteFluent and clear English speakerExperience in presenting and building presentationsHigh level understanding of business function
