What You'll Do as a Plating Operator:

Set-up and operate automated plating equipment to ensure high-quality productionMonitor and adjust chemical levels for optimal performancePerform basic arithmetic calculations to measure and mix solutionsRead and interpret alpha-numeric part numbers for accurate processingInspect finished products to meet quality standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentWork with a team to keep operations running smoothly

Work Experience

What a Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

High School Diploma or GED equivalentPrevious plating, manufacturing, or machine operating experience is a plusComfortable working with chemicals and following proper safety proceduresAbility to read and interpret alpha-numeric part numbers accuratelyBasic math skills for measuring and adjusting chemical mixturesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityTeam player attitude with a great work ethic
