Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plating Technician I to join their team. As a Plating Technician I, you will be part of the production department supporting the metal finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Plating Technician I 3rd Shift **Location:** Lincoln, NH **Pay Range:** $19.75 per hour, with a $4.50 shift differential for 3rd shift **What's the Job?** + Load and unload tote pans of parts and stack parts in baskets, racks, and barrels. + Follow prescribed procedures for processing metal finishing operations. + Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas while monitoring solution temperatures. + Physically inspect processing to ensure the quality of the product produced. + Maintain daily production logs and assist with troubleshooting simple to moderate problems. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or GED; or equivalent related experience and/or training. + Basic understanding of chemistry as it applies to metal finishing. + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and effectively communicate with team members. + Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. + Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days based on performance and attendance. + Work in a dynamic and supportive environment focused on professional growth. + Gain valuable experience in metal finishing operations. + Be part of a team that values quality and safety in the workplace. + Potential for overtime and additional shifts as needed.
