As a key member of the operations team, the Player Assistant is responsible for monitoring the pace of play on the course. In addition, a Marshal needs to provide our guests high quality customer service in a friendly and helpful manner.

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.50

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license Must have a strong work ethic  Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public  Must have strong customer/guest orientation Must be dependable Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred 

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain professional appearance  Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses  Communicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play  Communicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns  Monitor course cleanliness  Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed  Advises guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf related issues  Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management  Perform other duties as assigned
