Troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs programmable logic controllers (PLC), milling proprietary software, human machine interface (HMI), variable frequency drives, soft starters, interlocking devices and other related process instruments. Perform program migration (downloading/uploading) of computer-based control of process equipment. Perform online troubleshooting of milling propriety software in coordination with Mill manufacturer  Perform in-house calibration of process instruments and other related automation devices. Plan-out and implement annual preventive maintenance of plant automation system. Monitors and ensure availability of critical spareparts (hardware) and updated software of plant automation system in coordination with maintenance service provider and Original Equipment Manufacturer  Prepares and maintain updated masterlist of process automation devices, controllers and instruments. Recommends and/or implement cost reduction or process improvement projects related to plant automation system.
