What’s attractive about the PLC Maintenance Technician position?

Hours of Operation: 7am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday Schedule Hours and pay with overtime potential Dynamic Culture and People

 

What Success Looks Like:

Perform all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE. Perform general maintenance of all equipment. Troubleshoot an inoperable machine, work may include installing, servicing, replacing, and or repairing equipment with or without schematics. Updating and modifying PLC programs and developing and or maintaining written documentation of work performed. Diagnose and repair electrical distribution equipment, including transformers, motors, and breakers. Identify electrical issues using appropriate test equipment with voltages up to 480V. Replace generators, motors, and controllers. Test, energize, and repair various types of circuits. Proficient in testing, troubleshooting, modifying, and programming PLCs and drives. Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and equipment. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience working in/supporting a manufacturing organization

 

Your Credentials:

Working knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. 2yrs Minimum experience with PLCs, drives, HMIs, and other electrical components. Welding and machinist experience a plus. Read, write, and interpret electrical schematics/diagrams for equipment design, builds, installation, etc.
