JOB PURPOSE
Follow SOP and shift leader’s instruction, effectively and efficiently communicate with colleagues to achieve production objective in a safety and efficient manner.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
• Strictly follow EHS/Process Safety policy and rules, Wear PPE properly.
严格按照环境健康安全/过程安全政策和规则，穿戴好适当的劳动防护用品。
• Be familiar with the procedures/standards and key parameters of production process. 熟练掌握本岗位生产操作规程及关键参数。
Be responsible to monitor the key parameter and be capable to find deviation and take immediate action. 负责监控关键工艺参数，有能力发现异常并采取相应的纠正措施。
• Be familiar with the interlock matrix and understand how interlock is triggered and recovered back. 熟悉连锁并知道如何触发和恢复。
• Report production problems to shift leader, production supervisor and/or process engineer. Assist for trouble shooting.
向领班，生产主管和或工艺工程师汇报生产问题，协助解决。
• Support MT/Engineering team for PM&MT.
协助维修/工程部门进行PM和维修作业。
QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE任职要求（知识/经验/技能）
• Minimum high school or technical education, majoring chemistry or engineering preferred 至少高中或技术学校毕业，最好是化学或工程专业。
• Minimum of 3 years' operating experience in the Chemical production plant, DCS experience preferred. 至少3年相关化工生产装置工作经验，DCS操作经验优先。
• Be able to read P&ID 能阅读现场的仪表管道图。
• A good team player and good inter-personnel communication有团队合作精神和良好的人际交流能力。
• Had taken the training on ISO9001. 接受过ISO9001培训。
• Be able to read simple document in English 能阅读简单的英语文件。
• Willing to work on shift and overtime 愿意倒班及加班。
