Can you define and realize Safety Handling design?With 22 colleagues we are designing the Safety Handling boxes and Mains Distribution cabinets for our DUV lithography machines. Our team creates the requirements based on the input of many other teams. These requirements are used to design safety handling units and mains distribution cabinets. We count on you to define, realize and maintain a machine wide Safety handling (control) infrastructure. To do that, you need to align with many other people.
Activities that you will do on an average working day are:
Define, document and maintain specifications of safety control infrastructure using SIEMENS PLC Hardware and Software.Design and simulate the various safety and machine damage functions in the PLC softwarePerform trade-off studies to determine the preferred implementation scenario for new or changed functions.Transfer knowledge to Manufacturing- and Service-engineers.Contribute to the analysis and solution of reliability issues.Analyze issues and drive proposals for design improvementFor such big and complex machines, you can’t do this alone. You work in an Agile team that takes care of the design from requirements up to and including integration on the machine; where you are responsible for our safety control activities.

Secondary vocational education (Dutch: MBO-4) or Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or similarExperience as Electrical Control designer, including working in multidisciplinary design teamsHas experience with general electrical engineering principles and electrical development methods and processes.Has experience with industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, etc..) including SIEMENS PLC, both hardware and software.Has experience with Siemens SIMIT Has knowledge of and experience in safety systems and international standards (like IEC62061, ISO13849-1, NFPA79, IEC/EN60204, etc.)What do we offer?Can we count on you?
