PLM Eng Supp Specialist II

As an **Eng Supp Specialist II** here at Honeywell, you will be a vital contributor to our engineering support team, providing technical assistance and expertise to enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Engineering Supervisor and you’ll work out of our México location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering operations by ensuring that our support processes are streamlined and effective, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective support processes.
+ Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for support staff.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement PLM strategies.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
+ Advanced English level.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in PLM engineering support or related roles (Product Life Management - Team Center or other) and MDM (Material Data Management - SAP).
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues effectively.
+ Proficiency in using engineering support tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency (Team Center and SAP preferred).
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies.
+ Experience with data analysis software and tools relevant to engineering support.
+ Deep understanding of PLM systems and methodologies.
**WE VALUE**
+ Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field.
+ Proficiency in PLM software tools (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)
+ Experience in a technical support role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
