Position Summary: 

Defines current and future target markets and strategic positioning within those and evaluates opportunities through partnerships and alliances  in Laser Chip marketEnhances existing business and implements new business models that derive maximum benefit based on valueMaintain Laser Chip products and drive internal team to reach the cost target and the marginSupport all the system-related tasks and coordinate weekly meetings

Responsibilities: 

Ability to organize teams across multiple functionsWork with a larger sales team to provide global coverage to large accountsDevelop business and account strategyNegotiate complex salesDevelop design pipeline for next generation designsMonitor the shipments and delivery performance.  Work with customer and internally to resolve any issues.Meet or exceed annual quota and business objectives

Qualifications:

Fluent with JapaneseEnglish TOEIC 700 levelEngineering Bachelor degreeExperience in Optics industry for 2-3 yearsExperience in Semiconductor industry for more than 5yearsDemonstrated ability to drive product line strategy Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple goals and priorities
