Your Role

Subject Matter Expert and first point of contact for engineering community for PLM and CAD related issues including their usage, configurations and customizations.Lead administrator and coordinator of PLM and CAD systems support tool AST (Application Support Tool) – homegrown system used for reporting and tracking troubleshooting progress.Preparing plans for User Acceptance Tests related to systems upgrades and improvements, executing them, and creating reports.Maintaining NX Productivity programs (internally developed NX Add-Ons) and managing issues related to them, including root cause analysis, proposing solutions, defining requirements and setting priorities, testing, supervising de-bugging and implementation.Creation of trainings and guidelines on for all users globally, setting up training structure in eLearning software, maintain eLearning courses, users management, trainings, reporting users acceptance and progress of training completion.

Your Background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a technical field (mechanical preferred)Good knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter Unified and NXSkills in Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise, and/or one of following CAD software: Catia, Solid Works, Solid Edge, would be an additional advantageGood English language skills (both spoken and written)Ability to work in a cross functional, international team and to solve problems creatively and fast learningOpenness to the challenges and development
