The PLTE China Post Process manager is responsible for developing all kind of welding, Milling, punching, weakening and assembly technology in the region of China. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at driving growth and innovation within the organization.

Main Tasks:

Leadership of the team of PLTE Welding/milling/punching, weakening and assembly   in China. Develop team talent and build effective and diverse team.  Fully involved and good communication with global post process team. reflect CN tech research to Global.Drive the governance and team to do new technology roadmap research and implement to programs. Work together with global post process team to update general standards to improve cost and revise definition to users. Provide technical support to Acquisition, program, plant, TVO and innovation team.
