**Job Title: Plumber** **Pay Rate** - $20hr-$30hr **Benefits** - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k **Hours -** Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm **Job Description** The company specializes in making large custom modular buildings such as schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. The team includes plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers who work from start to finish to build each individual unit that contributes to these buildings. Plumbers will report to the site location and begin work on these projects. Responsibilities include following prints to install PVC, PEX, copper, and cast iron pipe, running hangers for pipe, and installing commercial pipe for custom commercial modular structures. Additional tasks involve working on mains, drains, and installing fixtures and finishes. **Hard Skills** + PVC installation + PEX installation + Copper pipe installation + Cast iron pipe installation + Running pipe hangers + Installing commercial pipe + Working on mains and drains + Installing fixtures and finishes **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Leola, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** Work at the site, either inside in a hangar or in the yard once the building is roughed in.
