**Job Title: Plumber ($25 - $35 hourly based on experience)** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced commercial plumbers for a significant renovation project at ECSU in Elizabeth City. The role involves working on dormitories and dining halls, utilizing copper piping, PVC pipe, and cast iron. **Responsibilities** + Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using copper, PVC, and cast iron pipes. + Ensure plumbing systems meet safety and regulatory standards. + Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete project tasks on time. + Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise. + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience. + Proficiency in working with copper piping, PVC pipe, and cast iron. + Strong understanding of construction and plumbing codes. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Journeyman/Master's license is a bonus. + Strong mechanical skills. + Experience with new construction projects. **Why Work Here?** Join the largest mechanical contractor in Hampton Roads, known for consistent work opportunities across the seven cities.
