LICENSE: Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum: EPA Certified in refrigerant recovery, Journeyman or Master Plumber, Medical Gas Certification, 1st class or 2nd class Boiler Operator (Stationary Engineer)
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: 1-2 years in building operations and maintenance and professional certification Preferred: 2 years in professional certification
SKILLS: Minimum: Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Salary Range: $27.58-$32.02
