Responsibilities The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 5-7 years’ plumbing experience Current and valid driver’s license Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions included but not limited to, hot, cold, outdoors, dry humid areas, heights, and congested areas Knowledgeable in use of tools and machinery required for this position Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes Able to lift 50lbs Preferred Job Requirements: Experience within a healthcare or institutional setting
